New generation of "Split" laptop


‘Split’ configures allowing users to take out the things they need and use such as a mouse, keyboard, etc. Besides, by taking out the standard hinge, ‘split’ looks more like a book. It also helps in the user interface allowing one to adjust the angle of the screen and support it simultaneously. ‘Split’ allows individuals to use the devices in a variety of of scenarios. This 'Split' seems more of a book than a laptop and is also protected by a case. Its futuristic design enables one to dissemble the machine to adjust it ergonomically for more ease in use and to take out only the components required. The users also can adjust the screen angle and use other parts according to their need. 'Split' enables the users to control the laptop with a remote when it is kept in the bag. Thus, it allows use of simple functions like music or even using the hard drive like a database without taking out all the parts. It is very suitable for a number of user environments.

Laptop WeWi Sol solar-powered








As we know, major problem of laptop is a battery life-span and it will running out at the worst possible moment. The Canadian company has announced a laptop WeWi Telecommunications Sol where it is equipped the folding solar panel that can charge for two hours while the sun shines. In addition, when SOL is fully charged, it is able to work 8 to 10 hours. The notebook runs on Ubuntu and the technical side provides a dual-core Intel Atom D2500 processor with frequency of 1.86 GHz, 2(4) GB of RAM, hard drive to 320 GB and Integrated Graphics with support for FullHD video, and 13.3-inch WXGA screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Link provide a modem 3G/4G World / LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11b/gn and module GPS. Exact date of the start of sales of laptop WeWi Sol is not specified.
